Bramàre Inspired Italian merges the innovative cuisine of Chef Joe Valdez III along with the whimsical beverage program stylings of Constantin Alexander. With a first class and vibey environment, Bramàre will transport you to another unique world of culinary delight. Try the Iberico Pork Secreto, or the Funghi Fritti which is also gluten free. If you're in the mood for something more Vegas style, the 24oz. Flannery Beef Ribsteak is just right. The cocktails are best in class. We can do all of the classics, or anything off the cuff. We have all the bells and whistles. The environment is dark and loungey with present but not overbearing music specially curated to the vibe. Always the right level, the music will not get in the way of your conversations. The kitchen is open from 5pm to 1am, Tuesday through Saturday. The bar is usually open later. Full menu until 12am, then a satisfying late night menu until 1am.

LA STREGA TRATTORIA IS LOCATED IN BEAUTIFUL LAS VEGAS, NEVADA.La Strega is Las Vegas’ premiere Italian eatery nestled in the affluent community of Summerlin where James Beard nominated Chef Partner, Gina Marinelli ignites an authentic Italian cultural rejuvenation by inspiring exploration of the traditions of flavorful, fresh and innovative Italian cuisine with her modern, farm-to-table regionally-based dishes. Translating to “witch” in Italian, La Strega’s sophisticated yet playful atmosphere bewitchingly transports guests to Italy immediately upon arrival. Greens, clays, and earth tones make up its color palette, while full moon-shaped bulbs on brass chandeliers illuminate the space. The restaurant’s artistic centerpiece is a one‐of‐a‐kind mural that spans multiple walls throughout the restaurant, telling the story of the witches of Benevento which inspired the genesis of La Strega, a tale best told by the head Strega herself, Chef Gina Marinelli. Been here several times but most of time I walk in and don’t have to wait much. The flat bread was ordinary and nothing great. Good beer and cocktails. Decent pricing

Decided to celebrate wrapping up my Christmas shopping by bopping over to Bramàre for an early dinner. Sat at my favorite spot at the bar. Began with a newer drink, the Smoky Paradise ($17). Had the tongue-tingling bite of a baby viper with the smooth brain squeeze of a boa constrictor. Ended up enjoying three and organizing my main meal around this addictive cocktail. Striped Bass Crudo ($18): Deceptively small morsels of clean light and firm fish, zippy flavor, the best mayo. Meant to be shared; I didn't. Mezcal Pomodoro ($26): One of my favorite pasta dishes, the Creste de Gallo. Substantial portion, al dente, in creamy, lightly spiced, cheesy and peppery sauce. Had planned to have only the excellent boozy and jazzy Bragato ($22) as dessert, but spotted a relatively new (always my kryptonite) menu item, the Hazelnut Cake ($11). A massive wedge of cheesecake, attended by three giant handcrafted and chocolate-drizzled marshmallows. Decadent. Value: Exceptional for inventive, expertly-prepared and presented food and drink. Atmosphere: Organically convivial. Fixtures in the bar and dining room areas are magnificent, even opulent, without giving off any pretension or coldness. The music playlist stays fresh, at a volume which enhances, not overpowers, the vibe. Service: Warm and attentive from everyone; Jen and Chef Joel circulated the room constantly to ensure guest satisfaction; Oscar, Julio, and Bryan expertly helmed the bar and floor.
