After seven years on Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach, the couple made the decision to move their establishment a couple miles south to the El Cid neighborhood. Carlos is there every night, seating people, taking orders and is very hands on. We loved our dinner at Florie’s Restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel in Palm Beach FL. Famous Chief Mauro Colagreco’s and his Chiefs' creation food was delicious. The all food was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and the service was incredibly attentive. We felt truly welcomed and well-treated and will be back soon. The ambiance at Florie’s was just what we needed for a special evening soft lighting, and cozy seating. Our server Mauricio was a phenomenal and managers and rest of the crew as well, Thank you to all for amazing experience 🙏🥰❤️
