Join us for a tasting or cocktail made with our grain to glass spirits. We do not have a kitchen, but you can bring your own food or order in. This was our first experience a Mauryas - they opened 7 months ago, but we hadn't heard about it. The staff went above and beyond to set up a table for us to be in the main dining room, provided extras that were not on the bill like preappetizers , prosecco and a birthday dessert. The food was incredibly good - we ordered off the Elevated Indian menu. They are able to accomodate parties of two, five, or up to 12-15! They also have an upstairs private dining/reception area, and a second dining roo which could be private or not. The service was overall exceptional. It is a short drive from Princeton center to the Forrestal Village where Mauyas is located - and parking is easy and free!
