Best Cosy Restaurants in Kaka'ako

Food was flavorful and absolutely delicious. We ate our meals family style and there is not one dish that we did not love. Beef Kafka was wonderful wagyu shish was tender and chicken with apricots and pine nuts was tender with crispy skin. Sooooo good !!! Our server Luca made great recommendation but was so slow. On a few occasions I thought he forgot about our table. Overall great experience. .

The Podmore is a gem of a place! It is a gorgeous space with staff that are kind and thoughtful. That attentiveness is part of the menu too: it is simply one of the best places in Honolulu for a creative and tasty cocktail; the food too is wonderful. I go every few months with a friend or when friends are in town and each time, we have a delightful experience. Top-notch!

We really enjoyed our visit. Bacon candy was amazing Hamachi was also The beef brioche seemed a miss. It was 98% brioche and 2%beef. Could barely tell there was any beef at all. The only other thing is the empty plates cluttered our space ( at the bar) and we're not removed until we paying the bill. Towards the end of the visit we felt like we were left hanging. The waitress finally came over and gave us a water refill and took care of the bill for us. Again over all we had a great time. Everyone was friendly. Just a couple small things that could be easily managed.

Absolutely one of the best meals I’ve had on the island so far. Lifelong food enthusiast who has traveled all over the world for the best food. This was certainly one of the better meals I’ve ever had, clearly the best on the island so far. The atmosphere is incredibly casual for this level of food. And almost all of the servers were exceptional.

Outstanding service from Jae and the entire staff. Excellent meal: caprese salad was very flavorful, pasta with clams and pasta with sea urchin exceptional, and the panna cotta was perfectly prepared. Cocktails and wine were delicious, and the chilled limoncello a lovely finale.
