- PPatriciaLondon •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoMy wife and I last ate at Tavern on the Green 19 years ago, and it was great to bring our now grown up Children here during a family Christmas trip to New York from the UK. The Tavern is still charming, with good service and great (Christmassy) atmosphere. We had a selection of Burgers and Sandwiches between us and all were good, although a little big for a UK appetite! We really enjoyed our experience.More infoTavern on the GreenPrice: Expensive• American• Midtown West•4.7
- RRalphNew York City •7 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoGreat ambiance and vibe, Nice small bar upfront. Long narrow restaurant, typical of NYC. Limited menu but all offerings are well prepared and delicious. Extensive (and mostly expensive) wine list but there are some values here and there if you look for them. Overall, well worth going back.More infoHoextersPrice: Very Expensive• American• Upper East Side•4.6
- MMaxineVIPNew York City •53 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoToday the food was, as always, delicious. I had the frisée salad and a side of fries. My friend had mussels with frites. But I want to write about the great staff. EVERY person I encountered - from the maitres’d to our waiter to the support staff - was bright and cheerful and extraordinarily helpful. - LLynnNew York City •22 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoOur pre-theater dinner was extraordinary. The staff from the moment we entered through dessert was magnificent. The food was even beyond our expectations. Of course, we had the famous potato chips which were quite a hit. The salmon tartare was so well prepared and melts in your mouth ( there is a crunch too). We also had a kale and quinoa salad, tomato soup , bibimbap and lots of other delicious food. Make sure to make a reservation .. the place was packed and yet the staff was incredibly attentive. I would give it ten stars if I could.More infoThe Smith- Lincoln SquarePrice: Moderate• American• Lincoln Square•4.6
- TTracyCalgary / Southern Alberta •14 reviews5.0Dined on 16 Dec 2024Absolutely LOVED our first time at Carmines! From the service to the food everything was spectacular. It felt like we were part of the family and not only did Sarah, our sever, make sure we were well taken care of but everyone else who took our plates or tidied our table was so attentive and friendly. Definitely one of those core memory experiences. 10/10 Carmines…we will see you again :)More infoCarmine's - 91st Street - NYCPrice: Expensive• Italian• Upper West Side•4.7
