The food as usual was outstanding. We shared the pate appetizer which was a combination of wonderful flavors and had the venison and the salmon which were terrific. A Pavlova (great) and espresso closed a great evening. This is why (deliciously innovative dishes and great service) we return to Etch. over and over. Service was fast and friendly. They even bought us champagne for our anniversary. As for the food - the shrimp and crab bruschetta is a must have. Oysters were delicious and the burger is one of the best we’ve ever had. For dessert, the banana foster on a chocolate chip waffle is worth every calorie. Just get it!
