Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Woodridge

Perfection! If there were more than 5 stars they would be given! Our server was excellent - inviting, informative, just wonderful! The food was delicious. The eggplant parmesan is outstanding and there is no bread better than theirs. And to end with peppermint gelato!!!!

Our waiter was awesome - I’m sorry I don’t remember his name … we ate family style and he was always on the refills it was awesome

The Girl and the Goat always exceeds expectations, even when my expectations are sky high! Thank you! We had the Pig Face, String Beans, Goat Belly, and Steak. The dishes all exploded with flavors. The balance of seasonings, use of citrus, vinegar and other elements of the dishes played well and makes the culinary experience here amazing. The cocktails were yummy as well. The Peach-Te-quilla was light and refreshing. The Spicy Fat Boy had a ton of flavor. To finish the night, we had the Toffee Pumpkin cake and a neat pour of the Pappy Family Reserve. The Pappy was a treat and made a great night even more special! Thanks to Stephanie and all the team at the Goat. You are all AMAZING!

Since I have been to this restaurant several times before, I was expecting a bit higher quality

why allow me to make a reso at 11 for breakfast if your breakfast menu isn’t available at 11? I came for the breakfast menu, not lunch. Extremely disappointed. The food was good but it wasn’t what I wanted. The service was excellent, but again, I came for breakfast not lunch…with one vegetarian/pescatarian breakfast option. That’s the first and last time I come in.
