Our casual restaurant has a retro contemporary theme which includes a carved wood bar topped with marble, granite table tops and bright turquoise and red accents flanking the wood-burning brick oven. Terrace seating is shared with our fine dining concept Bella Roma. Flavio, a third-generation chef from Venice, Italy, says his Farinata is not available anywhere else in the area. The thin pancake (much like a tortilla) is made of chickpeas, baked in the wood-burning oven and enhanced with rosemary and other savory toppings. Among Flavio's thin-crust pizzas (his grandfather's recipes) are the popular Quattro Stagioni (fresh mozzarella, mushrooms, prosciutto, olives) and the Pizza Vegetariana with assorted grilled veggies. The rustic bread and focaccia are made on the premises. Flavio's also serves up house-made pasta dishes, plus veal and seafood entrees. We look forward to serving you!

    The food was very authentic Italian. We started off with a margarita pizza. There were five in our party. Choices made were a rib eye special for the evening, frutta di Mare risotto, two chicken Milanese and a kids meatball and pasta. The red sauce was delicious. We were too full for dessert. The presentation, quality and quantity were just amazing. In my opinion, best Italian restaurant in Siesta Key. Something for everyone. It’s a must while you are here!

    Our table had lobster fettuccine, pot roast and lamb chops. Each was played beautifully and delicious. Appetizers of mussels, beet salad and Caesar salad were all delicious and plentiful.

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! For us, it was the EXCEPTIONAL l service starting from the Hostess who took us to our seat all the way to meeting the manager, servers and our main server. They were friendly, professional, patient and sooooo accommodating. The brussel sprouts were TO DIE FOR and all the food was delicious. They catered to our every need...we felt pampered and so well taken care of, and will definitely visit again.
