Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. Before opening his other restaurant, Zia’s Trattoria (located one block west of Café Touché at 6699 N.     The cheese and potato pierogi were incredible. The whole meal felt like it was homemade at grandma's. Absolutely recommend and I plan to return the next time I'm in the area.

    Piacere Mio never disappoints! Every time I dine here, I’m reminded why it’s one of my favorite spots. The pasta Bolognese was absolutely incredible—just as good as (if not better than) what I’ve had in Italy! The flavors were rich, the pasta perfectly cooked, and every bite was pure comfort. Beyond the food, the service is what truly sets this place apart. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit feel special. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular, they treat you like family. I love this place and can’t wait for my next visit! If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine with amazing service, this is the place to be.
