- MMaryVIPWisconsin •5 reviews5.0Dined todayShoutout to our server Carter! He was efficient and informative. But let me say, the entire staff of servers, worked each table as needed. I was truly impressed by such a kind and courteous team, working each table as needs arose; like delivering food, refilling water glasses or clearing plates. Impressive teamwork! The food and drinks were amazing! Husband had the Meat Loaf and I had the Pork Chop. Both delicious! If you are visiting Cypress, don’t skip the Deviled Eggs Appetizer! The Gumbo is also quite good.More infoCypressPrice: Expensive• Comfort Food• Steamboat Springs•4.8
- DDavidAlabama •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoObviously Paul was trying to create a whole different restaurant experience with Brass from what he accomplished at Cafe Diva for decades. Brass has a well lit, contemporary look and feel about it with a “happening” atmosphere…. it’s just ok to be a little loud with your crowd and even speak to your neighboring table. Drink menu is solid and drinks are served quickly ( no hunting someone down for your next ). Wide variety on the menu and our table started out with Tuna, Hummus ( big set up ) & Korean Short Rib . Our Entrees included elk, Bolognese and short ribs - all well portioned and good. Finished off a couple of bottles of wine ( of course Paul is going to have fabulous wine list ). Of note: expected prices to be 25% higher - Brass is a real treat and value.More infoBrass Kitchen and BarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Steamboat Springs•4.8
- CCindyAtlanta Metro •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe atmosphere was great, more of a “locals” feel. The scenery was amazing. You can watch people night ski down Allison hill. The service was great, fast and timely. The food was good and didn’t take long to cook. We made reservations, arrived 10 mins early. Seated upon arrival. After eating we went to the outside area to enjoy drinks and scenery. They were very accommodation for our group of 9. Highly recommend the food, it was delicious.More infoYampa River IcehousePrice: Moderate• Barbecue• Steamboat Springs•4.8
- DDebbieVIPNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWonderful Christmas dinner experience at Yampa Valley Kitchen. We had wonderful food - roasted squash appetizer, the short ribs, salmon and pasta bolognese. Generous portions. Everything was delicious and gorgeously presented. Our server - Trinity? - was very cordial, friendly and had an inviting big smile. My favorite holiday songs played softly in the background - loud enough to hear but not overwhelming that we cannot talk. The restaurant’s decor is tasteful and current. We all would highly recommend Yampa Valley Kitchen.More infoYampa Valley KitchenPrice: Moderate• American• Steamboat Springs•4.9
