Best Casual Restaurants in St Matthews

Porcini always delivers no matter the occasion. It was a treat to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday here, and the food, ambiance, and service were all impeccable. We were lucky enough to sit on the patio to take in the weather and dinner (and dessert :) ) were a lovely accompaniment. The mushroom ravioli and shrimp linguine were two stand out favorites from our meal but everyone loved their dish. Very accommodating of a food allergy at our table as well!

Great food, excellent service, wonderful atmosphere

Great service and quality of food. Only complaint was the breadsticks were hollow! I also had the crab cake which was delicious but needed more roumalade sauce. And the Lou Lou pizza was amazing! Overall good experience and I would go back minus the breadsticks.

While Senora Arepa is now permanently closed (I hope they change their minds and reopen another location elsewhere), it was one of my favorites in the area. The food was always excellent, and service was always great as well.
