Best Casual Restaurants in Punta de Mita

This lovely pool side restaurant at the SeaBreeze Beach Club associated with St Regis is dreamy in all aspects. We had a glass of champagne ($50/glass!) at the beach bar setting prior to our table at SeaBreeze. It was a dreamy setting with a gorgeous sunset view and gorgeous people dressed to the nines everywhere. Worth the price of admission. The food at Sea Breeze, although not fancy was delicious. We had the grilled Baby Lettuce salad and it was delightful, the bitterness from the grill balanced by a sweet balsamic and soothing olive oil and the barely there croutons just the right amount of crunch. We split a truffle pizza, could have been cooked more on the bottom but the truffle and mushroom flavor was phenomenal. The tiramisu was not too sweet, and the decaf coffee was actually amazing. The cost of the dinner was totally justified by the serene elegant atmosphere, and unpretentious service and food. A total win.

Perfect dining experience. Had reservations at 8:30- wish it had been earlier to enjoy the beautiful location. Lovely entrance. Beautiful restaurant. Food and Service OUTSTANDING! Lamb was a huge portion. Pasta perfectly prepared. Fish of the day was excellent. Finished our meal with churros which were delicious! Had some trouble with directions as maps showed a completely different location using directions from open table.

A very memorable Christmas dinner experience. If you get here early, this spot allows you to watch the surfers while sipping cocktails and hearing the waves crash right next to you. Magical vacation memories. Every menu items we ordered was prepared supremely, and the servers did an amazing job. Very friendly and welcoming. Variety of menu items including some area specialities. Highly recommended this beautiful situated restaurant, best view in Punta de Mita

If u have dined here before… be aware! The renovation of MM is ok luxe surroundings but has lost the charm of an authentic Mexico on the beach with the open grill and fresh fish coming in! So disappointed! No tacos on the menu anymore. High priced items that were still very good. Service and staff were exceptional. The St. Regis has made some changes…. Some for the good but some not so good. I will rethink my return.
