Opened in April 2024 by a family that has been operating restaurants in and around Old Town for almost 50 years. Located in the heart of Old Town, Mystic has a diverse menu featuring Texas style smoked brisket, baby rack ribs & Carolina pulled pork. Meats are smoked low & slow in BBQ champion Myron Mixon's signature smoker that is front and center in our open kitchen. BBQ is just one part of this southern centric menu that also features fresh seafood including our signature spicy she crab soup, low country shrimp & grits & creole bouillabaisse. Not to be missed is the jumbo lump crab cake sandwich, which sets the standard for all of Old Town. My wife and I were looking for restaurants to go to for Christmas and decided to give this restaurant a try. We have passed it numerous times, but never thought to try it until now. Everything about this place was great. The service was excellent and the drinks and food came out very fast. The food was absolutely delicious and filling. I will definitely me coming back to this restaurant.

Outstanding! We had the VIP and the Angel pizzas and both were absolutely delicious. Cooked perfectly- the dough was thick, but light, and the crust was crunchy. Our service was wonderful- never invasive but always attentive. Prices were solid for Old Town and the ambiance was fun. It was our friend’s birthday and they included a brownie for him as we were wrapping up. A great experience and 10/10 highly recommend!
