Our waitress Katharin was phenomenal, she was so personable and gave us amazing service! I’m so happy we chose this restaurant for our dinner!More infoSerra by Birreria - Eataly NYC FlatironPrice: Expensive• Italian• Gramercy Park•4.3

- BBiseraNew Zealand •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoCame here for husband’s birthday, staff were lovely from the host to our server. Food was AMAZING, recommend the spicy tuna dip with the rice chips (and of course all the temaki - special mention for the fried oyster one). - MMichellePhiladelphia County •4 reviews5.0Dined on 27 Dec 2024Food was very good! But the noise level was too much. Actually, extremely loud! The table next to us had 3 young women who were literally screaming through their drinks & meals….making it very uncomfortable for my family to enjoy our meal and reasonable volume conversation. It would’ve been nice for a manager to address them. I left feeling they had a sense of entitlement and no one wanted to say anything to them. A ruined evening and experience.More infoCatch New YorkPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Meatpacking District•4.5
