Twelve months later, we opened another little cave in Temple Bar and our third in a cottage in Dundrum Town’s Centre’s Pembrook District. After three successful restaurants and seven years of hard work and saving our pocket money, we decided we were grown up enough to hit London in search of fame and fortune down the West End of Covent Garden, where we hope to get a small bit part alongside Jude Law! In 2019, we were delighted to announce that we opened our fifth location in Camden Street, Dublin 2. Which is an incredibly diverse area that gives us the opportunity to present our tapas, ports and wines with a focus on Cava that does not receive the attention it deserves.

Salt's name comes its Salthill locale - which itself was derived from salt works that were once here - plus the nearby sea and, of course, the seasoning. One of the most stunning meals I’ve had in a long time. Food served promptly and was blown away by how tasty everything was. Service was fantastic. Cocktails delicious and the most beautiful setting to relax in after a lovely day. Already looking to return!

Our meal was very tasty and well prepared. The steak tartare was outstanding but the portion quite small for the 18 Euros. My hot goat cheese salad was very good, however the goat cheese was not hot, in fact it was cold. The wine selection was wonderful and appropriately priced. The truffle fries were outstanding and the burrata salad was excellent.
