Best Casual Restaurants in Edwards

This is our absolute favorite spot in the Vail Valley. They always remember us and are so welcoming at the hostess stand. We had a perfect dinner including the best brioche I have every eaten- this one had a lovely and subtle rosemary flavor. It was a melt-in-your-mouth with scrumptious layers mega event. We learned that there is a new pastry chef in residence there. Our entire meal from start to finish was fabulous. I have never recommended a restaurant solely on a brioche but this is happening now.

We had a great dinner. They accommodated our gluten free family member and everyone loved the food. Shout out to our server Autumn for exceptional service.

We book our Christmas Eve dinner every year using Open Table at Ed’z. This year our large group was ready to eat earlier than our reservation. Arrangements were made to have a table ready for us 15 minutes early. Thank you Ed’z. Atmosphere is always fun, food is great. We had mussels, meatloaf, ribs, salad and a few appetizers. All delicious. Service was great as well. Portion sizes are large and prices are reasonable. We will be back next year. Thank you!!

All the hype about this restaurant is deserved. Everything about the place was excellent and even on a holiday evening, they did not miss a beat. If you are in the area, and even if you are not, it is worth the trip.
