Kaldero is more than a restaurant; it’s a fusion of Eastern tradition and bold, contemporary flair that brings the finest Chinese, Indian, and Filipino flavours to a striking new dining destination. Under the expert hands of culinary icons Alfred Prasad, Daren Liew, and Richie Castillo, each dish at Kaldero reflects the extraordinary talent and artistry of its creators. Rich, reclaimed timber, genuine terracotta tiling, and warm natural materials envelop the room, creating an intimate yet sophisticated setting.Setting the stage for a truly immersive experience, the music at Kaldero is curated by neo-soul artist Uly, whose selection fills the room with vibrant layers of sound that are as dynamic as the dishes themselves.

We were a party of 7, 4 adults and 3 young boys. We had an amazing time m. The boys (who are quite fussy eaters) ate everything! The food was exceptional, would highly recommend. The waiting staff were all meticulously mannerly and checked just enough that everything was to our satisfaction.

One of the best steaks I’ve ever had, hands down the best value for money you will find in Dublin. 30€ 3 course meal left absolutely stuffed! Unlimited chips as well and garlic bread, staff were beyond lovely and so helpful, accommodating as well. Food came so quick, was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I cannot stress this enough, please go to try this place I promise you won’t be disappointed. Will definitely be going there again!

Myself and my partner have been so excited to come here. We have been waiting for a good Filipino-style restaurant to come to Dublin. The decor is calm and cozy and the walls are covered with gorgeous artwork. We were served by Alex, who was very friendly and made us feel super welcome. We ordered the cherrywood smoked pork ribs, scallops, dynamite lumpia and masala fries. Everything was delicious, we left nothing on our plates. We also tried a few of their unique cocktails: Ube Colada, Mango Masala, Pandan Gin Fizz and Tamarind Sour! The Ube Colada was nice, I personally think it could do with a little more ube flavouring and coconut cream but the other three were flawless! We are already planning our next visit!

Splendid solo dinner here on Saturday night before the theatre. Every single thing delicious especially the hibiscus basted lamb. If I had a criticism it would only be that the millefeuille wasn’t very sweet but really lovely in all other respect. Already booked to return. Attentive and thoughtful staff made sure I was comfortable and well looked after.
