Located in the heart of Gramercy in the restored Assembly Hall of the landmarked United Charities Building, Hawksmoor is a steak restaurant that celebrates all-natural, pasture-reared, and traditionally dry-aged beef.     The food and ambiance was over the top. Our meals were scrumptious! Each bite was a true pleasure. Can’t wait to return! The bathrooms were a bit of a disaster. Too many people without a pickup service. I mentioned it to the gentleman who was confirming guest reservations but he didn’t really care. Wine prices were a little ridiculous. But the meals and decor were 5 star! Thank you!!!

    We planned to have a late lunch here after we walked over the Brooklyn Bridge. It was so good. We were a bit full from our amazing lunch that we were happy to walk the bridge back.

    Great experience, we were a group of 4 and everything was great, except maybe the hash browns, too crispy. Best flat whites in America so far. Super relaxing ambiance, cozy by the windows. Loved the vibe of the guy who checked us in, he was inviting & naturally genuine. I’ll be back and back and back.

    Ridiculously good and high quality food for a very reasonable price. Lovely service and an incredible selection of natural wines with knowledgeable staff to get you to the perfect glass. Perfect dining experience.

    For appetizers, we had the codfish cakes and the Bang bang shrimp. Both were amazing. I had oxtail, and I opted for veggies instead of rice and a side of Mac. One of my brothers had the salmon, and the other had the curry go, which was a little spicy but slapping. Drinks were on point. I am definitely, I'm gonna make another reservation soon.
