At Copper, we’ve got whiskey for every occasion and no shortage of the town’s best eats. Get to know the bartender, and all the regulars too, cause the bar stories are good. The Club Tavern and Grill was originally The Grantree Restaurant when three men from Conrad, Montana purchased it in 1985. The Felska’s and the Solvie’s came to Bozeman motivated by the prospect of building or buying a Conference Center.They discovered that the Ramada Inn, (hotel, restaurant, and conference center) was in bankruptcy so they purchased the business. Once a dark 70’s style bar and casual dining restaurant, it also featured a fine dining area.In 1999, The Grantree Restaurant was revised and remodeled to give it a more casual Montana feel.In 2008, the Partners decided to change the name and again do a remodel with more of an upscale sport’s bar style hence creating what today is The Club Tavern and Grill, Bozeman’s Upscale Sport’s Bar with 20 TVs, a Casino, Full Bar, and Sports packages.     Forgot that Saturday was the big college football game against our rivals and made reservations for Friday night for dinner at The Copper. The place was packed, and the staff was running around like crazy to get people served. The service due to the volume as expected for meals was a little slow, but they kept coming back and giving us updates on when our meal was going to be ready. The staff was doing a great job of serving the meals and taking care of people when there wasn't a single table free in the restaurant and there were maybe 20 people waiting for tables .This is one of the best places to eat in Bozeman, and the service is the best as well.

    Food was amazing and innovative! Service was great and friendly. For an 8:00 reservation the lighting was a little too bright. A dimmer environment would have added to the experience, but overall we were happy with Seven.

    This place is the perfect mix of historic Bozeman culture, with modern local vibes, and food that is to die for. You won't find better food, service, or atmosphere in all of Bozeman, especially for Montana State Bobcat games! They even have NFL Sunday Ticket!

    Our server was friendly, helpful in making suggestions for dinner picks and the food was delicious. The view is amazing and easy to find parking and in downtown Bozeman.
