Best Casual Restaurants in Bellagio Hotel & Casino

The Ramen was truly fantastic and lived up to their reputation. Every server was incredibly friendly and made us all feel very welcome. All three different ramens we got were top notch in their own way and I’m looking forward to going back.

We had a 5:30 reservation on Christmas Eve, were greeted warmly by everyone, and were seated immediately. I haven't been to Vegas in over 30 years and was surprised to see how many fine restaurants are essentially in malls and casinos. Bazaar Mar is beautifully appointed, but I will admit, it took me a while to adjust to the fact that part of my view was of a shopping mall. That being said, our experience was superb. We opted for Jose's Creative Experience at $275 a head, and feel we made an excellent choice. Our waiter John was incredibly knowledgably and enthusiastic. Hubby's cocktail was smoked table side to start our culinary journey. Where to begin? I think there were 14 courses in all. It's hard to pick a favorite, but some highlights.... The Jamón Ibérico was like butter...salty, ham flavored butter! Also LOVED the tempura red snapper, the lobster salad, and the Anchoas Don Bocarte (which was essentially toast slathered with butter and whole anchovies) The pacing was perfect, start to finish we were there for 3 fantastic hours. It was an incredibly creative, memorable meal. Even at $275 a head, we felt we got incredible value. Bravo!!!

The patio has a great view and the scenery was fantastic! My girlfriend and I enjoyed our time here and we can’t wait to visit again.

Even with a reservation, we did have to wait for a bit for our table, which was odd because they sent a text saying it was ready. But once we were seated, everything was great. A few appetizers filled the time while we waited for our entrees (they told us the kitchen had a 45 minute backup). Delish hummus and the wings were good, but nothing to drool over. But when our burgers came, everyone’s eyes lit up and my family could not stop saying how amazing they were! Definitely a treat spot, but one we would love to enjoy again!

Food was amazing! We had the rib eye and an amazing pear and Gorgonzola salad with a wonderful dressing. The steak was very flavorful with a perfect sear and was a generous portion. Service was excellent and the view was nice with the Bellagio fountain in the background. We will be back when it’s warm enough to try the patio seating!
