Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. Had a wonderful dinner out with girlfriends here. Easy to order family style and share dishes, loved the squash and chicken. Server was helpful, recommending items and came to check on us regularly without being overbearing.

This is our first visit since the advent of the Kraken Hockey Team in Seattle and the place was hopping. Service was awesome even though it was super busy and loud. In about 45 minutes people left for the game and it was much less crowded and noise level much lower. Food was excellent and ambiance our favorite in Seattle. We will return but not on a game night.

Not quite a dinner place, but we left with full stomachs. Food was very good and appropriately priced, staff was very helpful and accommodating of a pregnant diner's needs. Will almost certainly return when I can have a proper cocktail.
