A wonderful leisurely lunch from start to finish.Excellent well trained attentive and friendly staff from the valet service to the doorman to reception to the waitstaff.The Ritz has excelled at maintaining the reputation it has earned over the years.Bravo to all!

My sister and I always celebrate "Christmas Eve, Eve". This year, we were gifted a dinner at Gaspar. What a treat! The restaurant was so beautiful, with its stone walls and beautiful artwork. We were greeted at the front door by staff who quickly helped us remove our coats, which is rare in Montreal. Our waiter was superb...just the right amount of attention. The food was extraordinary! From the Foie Gras pate and Bison tartar appetizers, to the Beef Cheeks and Filet Mignon, you can't go wrong. I will definitely come back!

I had a great welcoming, a perfect table, excellent service, love the menu, the caviar and beef Wellington are delicious. I had an amazing dining experience once again and I will go back. I would only enjoy having valet service, specially in winter, it’s so convenient and would be part of this premium experience.

The food was good lots of choices and I must say very good quality of food. Missing a waffle bar… The entertainment I could have done without it was to loud. Service was great It was priced right like I mentioned the quality of the food was very good. I would go back but not sit near the entertainment lol….
