- MMauricioOrange County •2 reviews5.0Dined todayTheir food and options for thanksgiving dinner were very good. Only bummer is that they ran out of the flan which was very good and some other desserts were out too. They had very good kids options: fruits, tortilla chips, milk, chocolate milk, cereal, gogurts. Staff worked really hard and the restaurant was very busy even though it was thanksgiving day.More infoEl Torito - CypressPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Los Alamitos / Cypress•4.5
- KKarenOrange County •9 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food, service and ambiance were exceptional. This was our first experience dining at Poppy and Seed. I strongly recommend trying everything on the menu. My favorite starters were the Squash Blossom and ceviche. The mushroom side included asparagus spears and snap peas, very tasty. The garganelle pasta was cooked al dente and had the right ratio of sauce and protein. We ordered five main dishes and I enjoyed the half chicken, the duck and the braised beef the most! The ingredients were fresh and the taste of each entree were unique. Our meal would not be complete without the gelato and brown butter waffle. The four different flavored scoops of gelato sandwiched between two crispy and airy waffles made for a delicious treat to end the evening. I can’t wait to go back again.More infoPoppy & SeedPrice: Expensive• American• Anaheim•4.5
- DDavidDenver / Colorado •4 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThe waiter was very professional and well versed and experienced. The Halibut was a little dry but the 3 other meals were perfect. The seafood pasta was light in sauce and not overwhelming like other places. Just right and not too creamy. Salads were amazing Pricing was a little high mostly due to high alcohol costs. for example, the Rombauer should NOT be $40 a glass when you can buy a bottle of it at the store for that. We had 3 drinks and 4 cmplete meals without appetizers for $519. You can compare from there.More infoSpaghettini Grill and Jazz ClubPrice: Expensive• Italian• Seal Beach•4.8
- CChrisOrange County •1 review5.0Dined on 19 Nov 2024We have been coming here since it opened along with its sister restaurant Cha Cha's, just a few doors down. Our favorite spot if it is just the two of us is the bar. The bartenders have changed over the years, but the caliber of service has not. If you arrive late for a drink & dinner, you are never rushed...actually I hadn't even realized we were the last as my husband and I asked about different liquors we hadn't noticed before. You can't go wrong with the Almafi Fizz, my favorite and one of their signature drinks. Their food is outstanding, love the scallops! Last night we went for my husband's birthday...it was Monday night special, lasagna, garlic bread & Caesar salad for I believe was $20. I can eat, yet I took half of it home! My husband loves their chicken parmesan...he too took half home and was pleased that they presented him with tiramisu & a candle for his birthday...the extra touch appreciated! Yes, I would give them a 10! We will be back next week for a relaxing dinner or maybe Cha Cha's for a little more noise... let's face it, tacos, tequila brings the noise level up!More infoBrunos Italian KitchenPrice: Moderate• Italian• Brea / La Habra•4.9
