- DDonPhoenix / Arizona •8 reviews4.0Dined 5 days agoAdult family party of 4 for Sunday Brunch. This was our second visit to The Grand Hotel for Sunday Brunch. Our first visit was outstanding in every respect. This visit however was disappointing. 1) Service. Our server was not attentive to our needs, passing our table several times without offering to refill coffee or mimosas. I had to actually get up from my seat once to go ask him for coffee refills. 2) Food. Similar to our previous visit with the addition of crab legs. The crab legs were tasteless and overcooked. They would fall apart when opening the shells to remove the meat. I suppose one should not complain about crab legs but honesty is the best policy. The other dishes and appetizers were good to excellent but too many to evaluate separately. 3) Ambience. The Jazz group and solo guitarist saved the day. The music and vocals were quite enjoyable and added a festive touch to the beautiful holiday decor. Without the music, we would have given an overall rating of 3 stars or less.More infoGrand Hall - Grand HotelPrice: Expensive• American• Fairhope•5

An attention to both regional and international recipes that have been tested and retested before landing on the table.More infoPlane & Level CoastalPrice: Very Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Fairhope•4.9
- JJamesMobile •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoOur party of 6 started with the spicy shrimp toast (2 orders) all agreed it was delicious. There were 4 people ordered the beef tenderloin medallions, 1 got scallops while the other ordered the whole branzino. All agreed it was a splendid meal.More infoThe Trellis Room - The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel and SpaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Mobile•4.5
- MMichaelCentral Kentucky •3 reviews5.0Dined on 23 Dec 2024Visiting from out of town, took our dearest ma ma out for lunch. We had a reservation and were seated promptly in their high vaulted trendy green barn lunch complex. The staff was amazingly kind and supportive and delivered attentive care and compassionate service. The food was everything we hoped for from a renowned farm to table experience. Oysters 10/10, lunch menu 10/10, drinks delicious. If you’re visiting you need to eat here, you’ll notice a huge difference in the flavor and quality of the food, you won’t regret it. Only feedback to the management is to have signage or a booklet at the tables or visible from the tables to explain your history, vision, mission about serving farm fresh food. Would really add to the experience and connect patrons to your business. And maybe a manager drive by to the tables to thank people for waiting and coming. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and confused about table ownership and I didn’t see management (doesn’t mean they weren’t there just didn’t see them supporting).More infoThe Hope FarmPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Fairhope•4.9
