- SShawnCincinnati / Dayton •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoGreat experience for my wife's bday. Server was very considerate of our time as we had to catch a show across the street. Food was delicious and coursed out nicely. Only criticism is that some of the tables are so close together that it was difficult to even get in and out without disturbing the table next to us.More infoMetropole @ 21c Museum HotelPrice: Moderate• American• Central Business District•4.5

The ambiance was cozy, the staff were attentive, and all of our meals were absolutely delicious (including the fresh oyster appetizers)! They timed our courses out perfectly to make sure we had plenty of time to walk to the theater! I would highly recommend!More infoCourt Street KitchenPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Central Business District•4.7
- SSherrievipCincinnati / Dayton •39 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoOur first visit to Shire’s did not disappoint! Beautiful restaurant with great views! Katrina took very good care of our party of six. Chef does an excellent job creating unique flavor profiles. Tried the fried green tomato, beef Wellington and mussels appetizers. All were perfectly prepared and delicious! Our entrees included the pork chop, salmon, shrimp & scallops, and chicken roulade. Again all dishes were delicious!! The only negative was the chicken was a little dry and could have used a sauce to help with that; but the pea risotto that accompanied it was very tasty. The pear mocktail was lovely too!! Perfect place for special occasion dinner!!!More infoShires' RooftopPrice: Moderate• Bar / Lounge / Bottle Service• Cincinnati•4.5
- AalfonzovipCincinnati / Dayton •9 reviews5.0Dined on 20 Nov 2024Was there for lunch with work colleagues. Server was pleasant and efficient. Food was excellent and not a long wait for the four of us. It was a little noisy on the day we went (12-1pm) which could be expected at that time but it was a little hard to hear each other & we were at a normal sized table.More infoCrown Republic - GastropubPrice: Moderate• American• Cincinnati•4.7
- JJENNIFERvipCincinnati / Dayton •102 reviews4.0Dined on 9 Nov 2024The grazing board was divine. Really good pimento cheese spread and fresh meats. The salad is enormous so plan accordingly. The Amish chicken was very good. Broccolini was scrumptious. Mashed potatoes were full of flavor. Cocktail menu could use some non whisky options. My husband had an old fashioned which he enjoyed but felt it was a bit overpriced. Our service was great!More info1931Price: Very Expensive• American• Cincinnati•3.7
