I cannot understate how amazing Boketto was. Food was exceptional, ambiance and aesthetic were unmatched. The real game changer? Our server, Katie E. She was the most kind, well mannered, and social server I have had anywhere across the entire country in the last 2+ years. If you book a rez at Boketto, ask to be seated in Katie’s section if she’s available. (I even changed my order today - a wonderful salmon caesar salad.) We can 'do' business and enjoy lunch. Patty knows when to come by - she just makes it easy. Today - I had the pleasure of interacting (more than I normally do) with your lunch hostess. (I am upset with myself for not knowing her name - I will get it next time.) First impressions matter (even though I am at ninetwentyfive a fair amount) - she was great!
