Most of the time, the servers seemed too busy to pay attention to me. However, today was different. The female server and the male host who seated me actually made me feel like the restaurant cared about its service. For the first time here, a server proactively asked if I wanted a drink refill, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff are also really knowledgeable. The ambience wasn't as I expected as the seats were quite uncomfortable. Also, while we were there, there was a big group that was extremely loud so that made it a bit annoying --we couldn't hear what the server was saying and had difficulty conversing with each other. The place is not too big so their voices and laughter echoed throughout the room. The staff tried to ask the group to lower their voices down, but the group couldn't.
