- JJillVIPWashington, D.C. Area •24 reviews5.0Dined todayOne of my favorite dining experiences in Nashville. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. They started us off with a complimentary glass of Prosecco to toast the occasion. (Very nice and appreciated). Then we were brought an amuse bouche- which I have to say I couldn't understand the servers description. But it was lovely. We had the focaccia with ricotta and honey. It was excellent. Then we followed with the risotto - which was also excellent. My husband had the sirloin which was well prepared and tender. It came with a side of whipped potatoes. I had the acorn squash which was an unexpected highlight. We looked at the dessert menu but decided we were too full- but the server brought us the pear upside down cake as a celebratory gift- and we loved it. Service was excellent. Our water was attended to. Our drinks were delivered in a timely manner. The atmosphere was quiet- which in Music City is rare and was a welcomed respite to our other dining experiences in the city. Given all this excellence, the dinner was very reasonably priced and a good value. I highly recommend!More infoYolanPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Downtown / Sobro•4.6
- AAmandaDallas - Fort Worth •22 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWhat an amazing experience! This was our first time at the Authentique and we will definitely be back! The food was delicious, genuine French cuisine. They had the best crepes I’ve had in years! The wine selection was great and the service was friendly. I highly recommend this place, they even had live jazz music! A tout a l’heure, Authentique!More infoThe AuthentiquePrice: Expensive• Wine Bar• East Nashville•5
- JJudeVIPNashville •26 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe drinks and food were amazing! The arancini with the melted parmesan from the garlic bread is a great combo and the fusilli pesto and radiatori vodka was great! We also got the dark chocolate budino and it was fantastic. Stef, our server, was great and so friendly. Will definitely come back another time!!More infoPelatoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Germantown•4.8
- JJohnKey West / Florida Keys •5 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoGreeted at the door by the chef, my wife and I were whisked away (cooking pun there…) to the back room of the restaurant. There we were seated and greeted by an attractive server and had our special menu explained to us. We had the choice of escargots, a brief interlude of boeuf bourguignon, and I had the steak frites while my wife enjoyed the confit of duck. We were finished off with a traditional cheese plate with a variety of cheeses from around Europe. All the food items were fabulous and the wine pairings were perfect! I will complain that the portions were oversized for me. We were nearly full from the escargots, and the boeuf was a full dinner portion in itself. The ribeye steak was as the chef explains it “what Americans expect”. I can’t fault him for giving his customers what they want, although I personally would prefer a more authentic experience with a smaller skirt or flank steak and about half the amount of fries. To summarize: go there. Eat. You will not regret a thing!More infoOnce Upon a Time in FrancePrice: Expensive• French• East Nashville•4.7
