Sai serves authentic Punjabi cuisine with tandoor cooking a speciality. The spice range is broad, from minimal to high levels and vegetables forming the backbone of the menu. Wheat is the staple food of Punjabis; however, they do enjoy eating rice at festivals and other special occasions. When it comes to food, each region within Punjab has an entirely different preference, for example, people in Amritsar are particularly fond of stuffed parathas and milk products. The philosophy of life for many Punjabis is to eat, drink and make merry. They are lively people who are extremely fond of eating good food. In the preparation of Punjabi food, onion, ginger and garlic are used extensively to enhance the taste of the food.**NEW***SUNDAY BRUNCH 11am to 3pm, try Indian street food from different part of India with unlimited KADAK CHAI.****LUNCH****Now open for lunch Tuesday-Saturday 12-3pm. Camino was born with the opening of King’s Cross in 2007. Capturing the real essence of Spain was always the aim, and with the addition of Bar Rioja opening opposite ( this was previously Bar Pepito, London’s very first sherry bar) we came a King’s Cross institution. Our lively bar and restaurant sprawls around a hidden courtyard, coming alive in the Summer, full of people enjoying a frosted mug of Spanish cerveza, a glass of sangria or a Rioja Glass from Bar Rioja. With outdoor heaters and plenty of seating, it’s often busy on even the coldest of evenings. We’re open everyday for lunch, dinner and everything in between. Join us for our Spanish breakfast during the week, or our popular Happy Hour at the weekend. The bar at Camino is always buzzing, with DJs on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays playing the best Latin, house and party sounds until late. Always free entry!

I visited Bocconcino with my 15 yrs old son. We had carpaccio and melanzane parmigiana as starters, and ravioli with seabass and a plain ham and cheese pizza as mains. My son had the tiramisu for desert. I used to live in Italy and know Italian food. Bocconcino really brings out the flavors in every little piece of the dishes. I rarely order pasta as I get easily full, but I’m happy I did this time. Wonderful flavors. The carpaccio came with little dressing which was acidic and a great asset to the dish, I could munch them for lunch. The tiramisu jiggled like a master chef one. Absolutely well worth a visit.

Great service, from the welcome, sitting down and letting us decide on suitable seating area. The place was like an art deco gallery, they have put a lot of effort to make sure the experience is remembered. Food mains were fantastic, not a fan of the starters, maybe tweaking the flavours and cooking may be needed. Best dish honey glazed wings as per my colleagues.

This was our first visit but now will be our go to restaurant for delicious Indian food. We chose it as we were meeting friends who were traveling through Kings Cross. I didn’t mention when booking that I am disabled and they had placed us downstairs which is difficult for me but a table on the entrance floor quickly became available and we were sat there and they found a place to park my walker. The waiter quickly gave us menus and served us drinks. Lovely choices on the menu and we ordered an assortment of dishes to share. All of the food was excellent. Good size portions too. The waiters were attentive and friendly and quite entertaining. It’s a busy place . Some just pop in for a quick snack and others for full meals like us. I would highly recommend this restaurant..
