Best Authentic Restaurants in Highland Park

I love their new location. Much smaller and more intimate than their old place. I love the vibe here. Service was outstanding. Food wasn't up to its usual high-quality level tonight. It's usually great, but something was off tonight. I've been here before, so I'll chalk it up to a bad night. I would definitely eat here again.

My gawd we ordered so many things from the menu. The buffalo mozzarella, fired calamari, bruschetta special and mussels were outstanding. Entrees were phenomenal and portioned generously. We had to sit at a high top at the bar and waited 20 minutes after our reservation time, but they were so apologetic and kind! I can hardly wait to return!!

I order the duck dinner < worst I ever had . so tough hard to cut send it back did not eat it they said I could have another dinner but didn't have the time

This is our second visit to Del Rio and we were so excited to return. This time around, the food was much less impressive. Wait staff was perfect, responsive and friendly. Menu was limited due to special events in the main dining area, which was fine as our preferred order was on the limited menu. Disappointing.

The drinks and food are consistently awesome. The food is high quality and a real taste of Eastern European food. The service has always been great. We travel from Wisconsin to here often, a must try if you’re anywhere close to.
