A Truly Exceptional Dining Experience at The Palm I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Palm, and I must say, it was an experience I won't forget. From the moment we stepped inside, the ambiance was welcoming and elegant—perfectly balancing a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with the staff being both attentive and knowledgeable. Our server guided us through the menu with expert recommendations, ensuring we had the best experience possible. The Palm has certainly mastered the art of fine dining, with every dish crafted to perfection. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a high-quality meal, this restaurant is sure to impress. Everything about our dinner here was 5-star! The food was delicious, the wine choice was outstanding, the service was attentive and helpful, and the ambiance was great. If you're a wine drinker, this is a fabulous restaurant to go to with an extensive list of wines from around the world. They also had a decent choice of cocktails. Everything from the appetizers to the main dishes and dessert was also delicious!

We had a lovely waitress/server who came from Peru. She was awesome. Very helpful as this was our first time having Peruvian cuisine. She recommended the ceviche sampler. All were delicious. My husband had the chicken stew (Wonderful). I had the arroz con Marisco which was loaded with mussels, shrimp and squid. Both dishes were excellent. Then for dessert who tried the Suspiro. A lovely dulce de leche custard topped with meringue and a guava syrup. Lovely. Rich.

We like exploring tapas restaurants since we don’t have one near us at home. My only concern was not seeing any listing under the “chef’s selection “ pre fixe menu. We still ordered it and enjoyed most of it, but we didn’t know everything we were served and had no idea what was coming next.
