Best Authentic Restaurants in Killiney

It’s been a while since we were at Johnnies but glad we called in, we had chowder, mussels and duck wings washed down with creamy pints of the black stuff! Food, pints and service were excellent, thank you Lukas for looking after us ! Will be back again soon !

We came here for our Valentine's dinner, I saw the reviews online and booked a table. I was excited beforehand and I wasn't disappointed. The brisket I ordered was amazing, it's made me sad that we don't have similar BBQ places near my home. In comparison to many other restaurants and bars in Dublin, the prices are extremely reasonable and justified. I would definitely come back again.

I love this restaurant. Consistently good food, good service, warm, friendly and professional. Lovely round table booths great for chatting and sharing dishes. And handy parking outside the door. Highly recommend.

Not our first time visiting this restaurant and will not be out last! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a lovely glass of French white that was new in on recommendation from our server. Everything we ate was delicious.

Food was okay. A bit pricy for what you got, but it was Christmas, so that was okay. Service was kind, but very slow. Again it was Christmas so that was fine too. They added a service charge which is not customary in Ireland. Not cool. I was going to tip because again it was Christmas, but I don’t appreciate when it’s added already. We didn’t have a large group.
