Best Authentic Restaurants in Coral Bay

The food was excellent, akin to any high end restaurant we have dined at. Our server was wonderful. We will dine there again. Thank you Sea Salt!

The best restaurant on St Thomas. We eat here at least twice when staying for a week. It’s Italian, but all the food is great. It is one of the few upscale places, so dress up and enjoy. However, it’s St Thomas so T-Shirt and sandals work too.

Amazing food and beautiful space right on the beach!

Beautiful food presentation, everything we tried was delicious and they easily sat a large party of 7 (with same day reservations). The waitstaff were all very friendly and polite, we enjoyed our evening at The Refinery. Prices were a little high as expected on an island but reasonable for the quality of fresh ingredients.

Having stayed at their sister property in Martha's Vineyard a few months earlier we had to come over for a meal while celebrating a return anniversary in St. Thomas. Everyone, from the ferry crew to the resort staff could not have been friendly and, more so, fully efficient and competent. Saturday nights the resort's upscale restaurant is closed and instead there is a much more casual offering. It is, however, no less terrific I'm certain and for our evening, just perfect. The evening was a very special one thanks to the associates and team members, chef especially.
