In the 1950's our grandfather, Giacomo, came to live the American Dream. He moved from Saviano, Italy to live in Long Island, New York. He met his wife and started a family, opening their first location in Long Island, New York, named Village Pizza. As business flourished, we moved to a larger location and changed the name to Alfieri Brothers’ Pizzeria. Again, we outgrew the size of the restaurant and relocated to a larger side of the center where we have remained since 1991. The following year, Saverio Alfieri decided to head south and expand the family business by opening a location in North Texas. Since then, Saverio and his two sons, Anthony and Giacomo, have managed to create one of Dallas/Ft. Worth’s best kept secrets. We eat at Saviano’s every time we come to Dallas for the football game. Food is always excellent and portions are very generous. Last night I had the seafood fra Diablo and it was outstanding. Plenty of fresh seafood, perfectly spicy marinara over delicious pasta. Love the fresh salads and garlic knots. My husband had the Hawaiian pizza and was delicious. We love sitting in the bar area the best. Love the pianist and the live dinner music. It is a quick and easy trip from Arlington.

We eat at Next about every two months. We make a reservation in advance and always get seated promptly. Service has always been great, and so is the food. We don't drink, so cannot comment on the wine selection. From what I hear at other tables, it appears to be quite a selection. I do prefer to sit in the main dining room for better ambiance , but we have sat in the back room as well.
