   Had reservations for 1245 and got the table over 40 minutes later. The appetizers arrived and were cold including the soup that was sent back twice and still was cold. The food was mediocre with little no taste. Some ordered drinks and by the time the came the appetizers were done. I have been going here for so many years and never experienced this. milos as become a chain restaurant with subpar quality service and nothing was offered to reduce the invoice.

   Wonderful experience. I made some changes ahead of time and they were very quick to respond and accommodate. Great service all around.

   It was our annual Christmas luncheon between friends, this being the 4th year, however, there were errors in the food order and a main course served pretty cold. We found the food not as sharp as we come to expect from this usually great Montreal institution.

   The fish was very good. But I was disappointed with the Tomatoe salad. In the past it was really good. The quality of the tomatoes wasn’t that good.

   The service felt very rushed. Our waiter came to take our order twice while we were still looking at the menu. We ordered the zucchini appetizer and it was good however, the mains were disappointing. We both ordered steak which was cooked correctly and was a generous portion but the taste was just disappointing. The other steak was better which is odd since they both went to the same table yet had completely different tastes. Finally, when the bill came we got charged for water! I’ve been to other equally fancy restaurants and never in my experience have i ever been charged to drink water. When we sat down the waiter ask us “flat or sparkling” without any indication that it was not included with the meal. I wish we would’ve been warned before hand and we would’ve been happy to drink from the tap. We were out in an hour. Never again!

    Unfortunately, while dining in their main dining room, my wallet was stolen from my purse. Several attempts were made to use my credit cards less than a half a mile from the restaurant. Very disappointed at such a nice restaurant that something like this would occur.. I’m still waiting to hear back from the restaurant. I tried to call, but was on hold for close to 15 minutes before I left a message. Hoping the restaurant will assist in identifying these individuals.
