   After being seated for 12 mins, I had to go and find a waiter to bring us a menu. After ordering one drink came out totally wrong. each piece of bread had to be requested from the waiter and porter. The food was good the service was poor at best.

   Overall experience was very positive-best meal we had in Vegas. Food and service was excellent and they were very accommodating on time limits. My only comment is they suggestive sell items which is fine- however, I opted for 2 seared scallops on the side which ended up being $30 extra, which feels steep. I definitely should have asked price before ordering however. Overall would highly recommend.

   We did the tasting menu with wine pairings and everything was delicious. The service was excellent and unlike many Vegas restaurants, the restaurant was quiet, so it was easy to have a conversation and enjoy the meal. I would definitely come back!

   One of the best meals we have had on this trip to Las Vegas. Started with the Blue Crab Cake “Louie” which was overflowing with fresh crab meat. Yum! The Chilean Sea Bass was like butter. Truly mouth watering. We also had the Jambalaya which had a really nice kick to it and plenty of tasty shrimp. Our waiter was helpful in describing items on the menu and suggesting very nice wine choices.

   My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Emeril’s. The service was amazing and our waiter Darren was so kind and checked in with us many times throughout our dinner. My husband had the seafood boil and I had the jambalaya which was one of the best i have had. The gumbo was also amazing. Just the right amount of heat.

    This restaurant was the perfect touch of New Orleans in Vegas! The bartender, servers and hostesses were all so helpful and polite. I had the wagyu sliders, shrimp cocktail, Orleans oysters and a strawberry smash! The flavors the portions were all really good!
