   Elements is and has always been one of our favorite restaurants for a special dinner out, always for our anniversary and for dinner with special friends. Also for lunch with girlfriends or a happy hour in the bar. Our meal last night was wonderful as always. Two of us had the salmon, grilled to perfection with squash puree and Brussels sprouts and bacon. The guys had the ribeye, perfect as ordered. We also enjoyed jumbo shrimp cocktail and burrata appetizer and a couple of decadent desserts. However, the pork chop, which was fabulous, is greatly missed on the menu, the favorite for someone who doesn't want the limited steak options. Also the missing mac and cheese that was a favorite. The menu is now quite pared down from previous. That being said, it is still a great restaurant. Bring back some of the best selling favorites please.

   Date night, cozy table overlooking the valley was sweet. Shared she crab, mixed greens, and ribeye, loved all of it. Shout out to Billy for help with the wine, the list was a little daunting for us, really enjoyed the bottle.

   Food was fantastic! Ambiance was fantastic! Unfortunately, our server left a lot to be desired. He did not seem knowledgeable about the size of entrees or how much sides came with them. I requested a wine list that was never brought. I tried to get his attention on more than one occasion, but he kept his head down when walking by our table and never made eye contact. It really put a damper on what was a great special evening with friends.

   Best dinner I’ve had in a long time, anywhere. Crazy delicious fish and veggies. Great wines. Easily found gluten free items. Wonderful chef. Fav place in Phoenix, Scottsdale area.

   A perfect date night. Saturday night reservations outside- 53 degrees, but toasty warm under the heat lamps. We shared spicy tuna sushi - fresh and flavorful. Entrees of spare ribs and the filet- both delicious and perfectly cooked. Service was top-notch - thank you Chris. Front door valets considerate and accommodating for photos. A stunning property- ask to sit outdoors or in front dining area. Chef’s kiss!!!

   I just had New Year's brunch at Elements and was totally disappointed. I have eaten at this restaurant for 15+ years and never had a bad experience until now. We were a party of 8 and arrived at 10:30am and didn't get drinks for about 20 minutes. It then took 75 minutes for our food to arrive after asking for a manager who never apologized and only said he would look into it. We never got offered refills on our coffee until I had to once again get up and find our server. Our server and the manager never apologized for any of this. I imagine they had some of their staff call out last minute since it was New Year's Day but we never had anyone let us know that the kitchen would be backed up, no one came by to pour more coffee or water, and there was never an apology for how long it was taking. It was incredibly frustrating to say the least. In fact, we were treated as if we were the annoying ones asking where our meals were.

    Stay away from the sea bass! Management needs to be retrained on customer service. We ordered the fish, returned it because it was not fresh, and no one from management even inquired about our disappointment. Beautiful view of the mountains, but service and food quality are lacking.
