   I’ve enjoyed Elements for years and always left extremely satisfied. Tonight, they missed the mark. Table service was poor. Food delivered without serving utensils. Drinks were sent back and changed to something they couldn’t screw up. I was even compelled to ask what something was on my plate as it wasn’t what was expected. On a side note, the menu was changed and small bites were weaved into main categories so we were unsure what as an appetizer or not. Something has changed. Hope they figure it out. Do better!!

   Elements remains our favorite special occasion place. The ambience has exceptional with mountain views inside or out. The duck special tonight was outstanding. The wait staff is very attentive. Overall this is a quality experience and worth the price. We will certainly return.

   Food and service very poor. Hosted guests from out of town and the experience was embarrassing. Expected much more from a high end establishment.

   It was a great meal but I think due to the number of reservations, there wasn’t a lot of time left between courses so we felt a little rushed, and the food didn’t have a chance to settle.

   Beautiful location. Solid service. Good drinks. But sadly, the food was just blah. We weren’t blown away by a single dish. And for a place like Elements, I expect to be wowed by at least one thing on the menu. A cloyingly sweet macaron with old bay seasoning (epic fail) for amuse set the tone for a bevy of alarmingly average dishes. An undercooked salmon filet, gummy polenta with the steak, a good-looking lemon curd dessert that had a single note… sweet. Large food portions, but sadly, everything landed with a thud. I hope to return some day, but might be inclined to stick to just the drinks.

    The food experience was outstanding. The set menu was perfect and the resulting choices were nicely prepared. However for the cost and sophistication of the atmosphere I expected the servers to be aligned with a five star menu. Nice folks but much too casual. I expected much more professional attendant engagement that regularly checked in on our experience vs take the order, deliver the order and than give the bill.
