This Locust St. local cocktail bar has one of the neatest vibes in the entire city of Philadelphia, it's like scene from the 1950's—just imagine Sinatra singing in a corner and you'll get what it's all about. We were seated quickly. Informed the wait staff that we had a 7pm show to make. The food and drinks arrived promptly and were OMG delicious. They have a creative, well executed menu of familiar foods. I had the Meatloaf and my date had the Stroganoff and both came hot, well executed center of the plate and full of flavor. We plan a trip back it was so enjoyable.

Cannot say enough good things. It is a must for every visit to Philly and every Christmas morning each year. The service is above and beyond, food is exceptional and the atmosphere is so special.

One of the best Mexican places in all of Philadelphia, El Vez is bright with a traditional Latin feel. It's the spot in the city for tequila. Try the Gran Jefe, which mixes tequila, orange liquor, limes, oranges, and cinnamon. As for the food, it doesn't get much better than a traditional Mexican feast. Choose from one of five different guacamoles to start with, then dine on tacos, enchiladas, carne asada and much, much more.

Great food, ambience, and service. Alexis took great care of us. The chicken Milanese and poblano peppers were a hit. Drinks were excellent. A nice early Christmas treat for our family!

Our server, Elena, was exceptional in her timing and attention, as were other staff members. I think the pricing is rather steep. The noise level was quite acceptable as the restaurant was at capacity and we marveled how the cook staff quietly went about their business with an occasional laugh at one another.

My experience at Del Frisco’s this Christmas for my anniversary was phenomenal. The food was cooked to perfection, the waiter was catering but not overbearing. Despite the large crowd the service was fast. Fine dining experience indeed!

Great experience, great food! My dad has some food intolerances and they were so accommodating and attentive, it’s minor but was really wonderful they could accommodate. Made sure we knew what was in what dishes and it was super easy to order. Everything was fantastic and surprisingly large portions. Can’t wait to go again.

Everything was wonderful - from a warm welcome at check in, my fabulous, attentive server, Miss Brandy and, of course, the perfectly prepared food.
