   It was one of the finest meals I have ever had in my life. Also the value is outstanding. If you were to get such a meal in Europe you would have to sell a kidney. I look forward to my next meal there.

   The best fine dining restaurant in Bow Valley! The service was top-notch, with attention to detail that went above and beyond. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious.

   Staff and food were excellent. It is unique to enjoy dinner as an art form with perfectly paired wine. No other establishment in Western Canada comes close to the experience the Eden offers.

   Our previous experiences at Eden were extraordinary.. expensive but totally understandable. This last evening Felt a little cost centered, smaller portions, less exceptional wine pairings . All good , but nothing I needed to remember. Which , given the cost , was not the standard I was used to.

   A great culinary experience, shout out to all the chefs and the front of house team. Also a special shout-out to our server Matt who had the best voice in Banff and had all the information on every course. Thank You Eden!

    Exceptional evening for six in the private room at the back. Service, food, presentation, and pacing were all perfect. Thanks to all the staff for a truly memorable evening. The corn panna cotta will live in our minds and hearts forever.
