    A Culinary Symphony of Goodness! My husband and I dined at Echo for the first time on Christmas Eve 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment you step through the door, the ambiance transports you with its modern Asian elegance and soft lighting, creating an intimate, yet lively setting. We were seated at a quieter back table with banquette, perfect for conversation. We chose the chef's tasting menu for two after previewing the extensive menu online. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece in appearance and taste. The dishes made you want to close your eyes and savor each morsel. The fried rice was so special that we nearly ordered more to take home. Giovanni, our server, was exceptional, enhancing our experience with his knowledge and attentiveness. The cocktails, especially the Pink Bamboo for gin lovers, were a must-try. While the meal was expensive, the quality of food, service, and overall experience at Echo justify the cost. We're already planning to return for happy hour and future Christmas Eves. Echo is more than just a meal; it's an event, highly recommended for those who appreciate fine dining.

    Food was excellent, but Peking Duck was served warm. Prefer that it come out hot. But still very good. Was not a very busy time so kitchen should have had everything come out at perfect temp.

    We visit Echo a lot. It is our favorite Asian restaurant. Normally everything is perfect. However last night there were some challenges in the kitchen and we had to wait an abnormally long time for one of our entrees. Our server was great - offered us desert which we gladly accepted. Surprising to see a lapse in the kitchen - maybe short staffed due to the Holidays ?

    We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Echo, which we have been wanting to go for a while. The food was fantastic. Service was great. It was a little noisy and a little expensive, but an enjoyable treat.

    Never disappoints, a great spot for a fun and delicious dinner. Suitable for teenagers, lots of choices. Really good service and bartenders. The echo fried rice is the best. Skip the $20 miso soup, ouchie. Do the dragon bites instead, crispy tuna rice essentially. Breakers does it right

    Beautiful restaurant in Palm Beach. Asian cuisine. Appetizer sampler is wonderful introduction, two types are available. Peking duck a must have. Definitely try the dessert soufflé of the day, when we went Passion fruit and coconut was divine.
