    Food and service was excellent. The sushi and sashimi were fantastic and the Sea Bass to die for, as recommended by our server. Jasmin was our server and her recommendations were spot on and her service impeccable. Definitely returning here. The cocktails really good too.

    All our food was amazing. Probably the best chicken lo mein my daughter has ever had. Abby the server was also a gem. Can’t wait to go back.

    Went to the 1/2 off happy hour with my two daughters and my niece (their cousin) for a birthday celebration. Even with the four of us sitting in a row the conversation was great at the curved bar. The sushi is super fresh and we also had the sweet and sour halibut to share, delicious and crispy. The staff brought us a surprise soufflé for a birthday desert. I recommend Echo happy hour!

    Well worth the pricey menu!! We had to have the Generals chicken as an appetizer. It was a great version! My wife and I then had an orange beef and the grand marnier shrimp for dinner along with the Echo salad. Each item on their menu represented a unique version of the dish and were food paradise!! Service was fantastic and the crowd vibrant!!

    We ordered the Peking Duck for the main course and it was delicious! The lobster wontons for appetizers did not disappoint and the soufflé for dessert was a wonderful finishing touch!! Our waiter was top notch!
