How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting? That was the question that acclaimed chef and restaurateur Sam Marvin (creator of the much-celebrated Los Angeles restaurant Bottega Louie) posed when he decided the time was right to reinvent what has long been the trademarks of the steakhouse genre – masculine vibe, dark rooms, fancy waiters, slabs of oversized beef and overly expensive pricing. The answer became Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse, located at the charming Tivoli Village just off of Summerlin Parkway; 15 minutes from the famed Las Vegas Strip.

    The Waiter was awesome. However the manager on duty Saturday 01/4/25 was not so pleasant and he only went to certain tables to check on them. He did not come to my table and I was alone. I treated myself to dinner. I believe b/c I was black. That’s how I felt and that’s what it appeared to be, given the fact he went to tables of others.

    As soon as we sat down a manager came to great us and was at our call when we had questions, our server was beyond wonderful and treated us so good throughout our dining experience. Food was amazing and the drink “hot mess” is my top recommendation. They truly made my mom’s birthdays so special being so attentive from start to finish.

    I found this place on TickTock. I was looking for a Steakhouse with great steak, great drinks with a nice scenery with a great curve appeal. The manager there (and don't remember his name I'm very sorry). The manager immediately came over to our table as soon as we were seated to introduce himself to us, and told us who our server was going be, and stated that if we needed anything he was there to help. Great service. I highly recommend this place. Top Notch!

    I'm very impressed with this gem. Quality porterhouse, ribeye, 3 appetizers, 2 sides, 3 glasses of wine = per person with a 20% tip for only $100!! Everything was delicious, the service was top notch, restaurant layout was beautiful.

    Atmosphere, food, selection, service, the bus boy servicing water, and more was on top of everything. I will definitely come back again and enjoy a nice dinner at this place. It’s like a hidden gem.

    i have been here multiple times and really enjoyed the experience. This time however, i am unable to say the same. yes, it was new years eve, the place was packed, so perhaps to be expected the service was not the best.. ok, but then the steaks were not up to the usual excellence. Fillet, which should be very lean, had a very large fatty area and vein. the steaks were also not cooked to the request. med was well done, and another med was nearly rare. 1 of the 3 steaks i would say was cooked as expected. i am going to be generous and put this down to the fact it was NY eve as well and the kitchen was probably overwhelmed. i will try again, but never again on what will be known as a very busy night.

    By far, my fav place when I visit Las Vegas every year for CES. The meat and service are all great. Always the best.
