   Great service. Very attentive staff. But 2 pizzas with a drink each was still over $50 even on happy hour.

   There is not a restaurant in the Des Moines metro that provides a better value than Eatery A, especially during their happy hour.

   Food was wonderful, cocktails were spot on & dessert was amazing! Servers were friendly & knowledgeable. Venue was definitely packed, very busy weekend night. Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly

   There for wife's birthday. 4 kids (teenagers and up) and one SO. Had a number of appetizers, all of which were excellent. Pickled cucumber. Baba Ganoush, Roasted Carrots, Bacon Wrapped Dates, Spanish Cheese, and meatballs. It was great fun passing the small plates around. Introducing our children to the many different foods. We have been a number of times. Pizza and pasta were excellent as always. The kebab was quite good. Chiopino, good if not quite what you might get in San Francisco. Very busy, but to be expected on a Friday night. Service was good. Prompt, attentive. Only drawback to Eatery A is it is rather loud, it is difficult to hear the person across the table, not impossible, just challenging. It isn't cheap, but nothing is overly pricey. It is just al a carte. $315 including tip. for 7 of but only 3 drinks among us. 6 apps and 7 entrees? Pretty reasonable and always a good time and excellent food.

   We had a great dinner on Valentines Day! It was the perfect mix of quiet, cozy, moody, relaxed with just a hint of fine dining and exactly what we were looking for. My husband had an old fashioned which he said was really good. I had the 5 option charcuterie spread and he had the hot honey wood fire pizza. Both were *chefs kiss*. We will definitely be back!

   Group of four. We all had something different and were all pleased with the quality of our food. The service was outstanding and very helpful. It was just a little bit louder than I would typically want it to be.

    Love this place and my favorite DSM restaurant. Food is amazing. Would love more bread with the baba ghanoush (or at least offered more). At times too loud to hear well and tables make you sit far apart.
