   Lunch on the outside patio was such a delight. The shrimp cocktail was fresh, delightful. The smash burger was excellent!

   Going down hill. Have been here 3 years in a row. The food is overpriced and not many choices if you don’t like fennel. Skip this just order from the pool bar or from the lunch menu.

   Upon arrival, there was no one at the maitre d/reservation desk. A passing server notified the reservationist we were waiting. Minor wait for reservationist, who checked our reservation and asked our server to seat us. OpenTable later notified me we were a no show. We entered a large dining room at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday night where there was only on other table occupied. Should've been a red flag. Server was pleasant and cocktails were timely. Downhill after that. Menu offered was not the same as the on-line menu and choices were limited. Had a leisurely start to dinner but exceedingly long wait for entrees and our server was no where to be found after delivering our meals. Food was overly spiced and plates were poorly presented. We finished our meals with great disappointment. Dirty dishes remained on our table while we waited for the check. All in all, it was unacceptable for an average restaurant, but shockingly sub par for fine dining. Diners beware. I can only conclude there is a problem with management and would be leery of a return visit until the issues are resolved. Diners beware. Would categorically not recommend this restaurant in its current state.

   We had a reservation and we left the beach to go to lunch and when we got there they told us their lot was full even though we saw two spots labeled valet. When we asked if they could valet they said no and when I called to talk to a manager I was told “that sucks” truly shocking experience

   Our waitress was great. She did her best to keep us updated. She was very engaging as well. The restaurant was not busy at all considering it was a Saturday night between 6 and 7. Service was slow. The bartender had to go get an ingredient for one of our cocktails. So we started slow out of the gate. Appetizers followed suit - slow. Entrees were just as slow. Steak was just ok although it was a $48 entree. My wife liked her fish. Employees working the Maitre De Station were not polished. The manager did stop by our table. I did not discuss what I thought the short comings were of the night. My Bad!

    Ade reservations for 7:30pm on a Friday. Thought we were lucky to even get them. When we arrived, there was no one else eating. A few tables were dirty where diners has been but no one else. 7:30pm is late for us normally but at the beach, I assumed it would be full. The inside of restaurant had an elevated cafeteria feel to it. We sat outside and the view was wonderful of the garden and ocean. The decor seemed dated as well. Overall food was good - a couple choices were vegetarian friendly. Tried to order the pasta pesto but told they ran out of ingredients. Hubby ordered scallops for his entree. His plate has 4 scallops on top of mushrooms. That was it and cost $43! That was disappointing. I had soup and salad which was good but not at the prices paid. The inside of the hotel lobby and gardens look wonderful but the restaurant definitely could use upgrades. Seems a shame.
