We ordered the surf and turf, which included their center-cut filet mignon. I had the Australian wagyu New York strip, and we ordered several sides: garlic mashed potatoes, baked potato, and truffle macaroni and cheese. Overall, the food was mediocre. The Australian wagyu had a flavor reminiscent of a diner’s New York strip. The mashed garlic potatoes tasted more like white pepper than any other seasoning. The baked potato was a “build-your-own” option, which was disappointing. The lobster had an unpleasant fishy taste, and the macaroni and cheese was the only decent dish served.

Duane's is a very expensive restaurant. I knew that going in. It was our anniversary, so we splurged. During the holiday season, The Mission Inn is extremely crowded with people visiting the hotel to see the lights and take pictures. Parking was a nightmare and costs us $20 for two hours. The steak I had was delicious, but the baked potato was just ho hum. We had one glass of wine each and our meals and with tip the bill was $320. The carolers that came around to our table to sing was a nice bonus. The service was impeccable. But we won't be back. I've had better meals for a fraction of the cost.

Our "go to" fine dining restaurant in the inland empire. Sexy, romantic, classy.

I have been here several times and the service just keeps getting worse. We had a reservation but waited and hour for the table. Once we were seated we waited another hour to get served. The food was ok not great but very pricey. Avoid this one and go to Marios across the street.

We had a 6:30pm reservation set for more than two weeks and we waited for long time. The hostesses seemed very busy eating candy and talking to each-other 3 times we checked in for our reservation—and felt like they did not really understand we had a reservation. Service by service staff was good—

We went to the Mission Inn to enjoy the Festival of Lights and to have a fine dining meal at their steakhouse. Melody was our server and she was attentive and just lovely. Timing was well paced and not rushed. The filet mignon was perfection. At 19.00 The Caesar salad was only ok, and not very substantial. Needed more romaine. The 14.00 baked potato was also on the small side and not particularly fluffy. For the prices of sides these days they can do better. Because it is the holiday season, the restaurant had carolers. They came to each table who wanted them and took special requests. The whole evening was super festive and a fun way to enjoy something special during the holidays. Expensive but worth the experience.

The menu didn't have a lot of options, we were hoping there were nightly specials offered but that was not the case. Our party had a reservation and we were seated close to reservation time which we appreciated. There was a delay in service, once we ordered it took 20 minutes to bring the first course out (lobster bisque soup) and another 20+ minutes to be served the entrees. A few of the items were disappointing... would not recommend the lobster bisque soup, would not recommend the salmon or the lobster mac and cheese (was literally Kraft with one tiny morsel of lobster). The filet was a good portion and prepared well as ordered. The lobster was just okay. For the prices the quality was not up to par.

Duanes is an annual dinner for our family. In years past it has rivaled almost any steakhouse around. This year was a huge disappointment. The costs increase drastically and the quality and quantity of food was reduced significantly. The shrimp cocktail was expensive but looked like sonething you would get at a low budge restaurant. Lobster bisque was served in a tiny bowl. The steak quality was no where near what it was in past. We waited like 40 minutes for bread and actually got our appetizers before the bread. The menu was reduced a lot with a lot less seafood options. Its sad that a family tradition is now being questioned because the restaurant wants to save some money on quality and quantity. Wish i had this years money back after this experience
