Eva is dedicated to and named after chef Charlie Perry's great grandmother. Eva Coombs passed on her respect for quality ingredients, an emphasis on the nourishing benefits of food and most importantly, the shared pleasure of eating. At Eva, our shared plates promote a communal sense of enjoyment. We have an extensive and varied small plates menu, craft cocktails and hand picked wine list.
In addition to being a popular "pre-show" dining venue, Eva provides a "from scratch" dining experience so please plan on approximately an hour and a half for us to execute the best possible experience.
We are in the heart of downtown so we love walk-in traffic! We hope to see you soon!

We are also open for Sunday Brunch from 10am-2pm!

What a find! The six of us enjoyed a fabulous meal in a cozy nook. Favorites were the Brussels sprouts, the cheese plate, the beet salad, and the trout. Definitely a do over!

A Salt Lake City icon, Kyoto has delighted literally generations of diners. This cozy restaurant gives the feel of a bit of Kyoto Japan in the Rocky Mountains. Tiburon Fine Dining has quietly become one of Utah's premier restaurants. Tiburon is located in the south end of the Salt Lake valley in an unassuming building that formerly housed a fruit stand. But don't be fooled, Tiburon serves award-winning contemporary American cuisine ranging from pan-seared Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras and Madiera syrup to Black Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna with Honey and Soy Marinated Carrots. The Crab Cakes consistently win best in the state and the salads are raved about by the locals. But it does not end with the food, service is always top-notch. Led by a staff that has been with owners since its opening in 1999, guests always feel welcomed in the warm and friendly atmosphere. And in the Summer with it's patio dining. Tiburon is the place to dine in the South Valley.

We enjoyed a mix of their seasonal specials and traditional breakfast items. Loved their potatoes and eggs Benedict. Their hot chocolate was really delicious too. Very nice server. Glad we had reservations otherwise it would be a long wait
