Carolina Roadhouse is Golf Magazine’s choice for Where To Eat With Your Buddies. One of Myrtle Beach’s most popular restaurants, this jam-packed eatery takes on Southern favorites, including fall-off-the-bone Baby Back Ribs, giant Seafood platters and the Killer Dog– a foot-long hot dog smothered in chili, cheese and fries. Service was friendly and food was good. It was crowded, so loud but not so much as we couldn't carry on a conversation. It's been many years since we visited, but as good now as back then. Would recommend.

One in our party’s steak was overcooked and unseasoned. He did not share this until the meal was over. We all ate Filets and everyone else had great steaks. His was just a fluke. I am sure if he would have reported this to the waiter, it would have been fixed.

Not only can you get a juicy roast prime rib at The Parson"s Table, but you can eat it inside a church, too. The location remains very much the same structure that it was in 1885, when Little River Methodist Church was built. The cherished establishment first opened its church doors as a restaurant in the late 1970's and has been serving exquisite American steakhouse fare ever since. The restaurant's decor is positively Southern-charm antique, complete with dark wooden walls, stained glass windows and an original Tiffany glass lamp in the main dining room. An award winning wine list graces The Parson's Table as well as an outstanding fresh seafood selection.

The food was delicious. Service was excellent. Our server’s name was Matthew. We had the salmon and chicken marsala. Everything was tasty and brought out in a timely fashion. We were able to relax in a beautiful atmosphere. We will go back for sure!

We were there for lunch. The She Crab soup was delicious and I had a side salad with it. Others had the shrimp tacos and another had the steak tacos. Everything was very good.
