We had a fantastic experience at the chefs table! The food and staff were all amazing. Highly recommend for great food and a fun experience! We had some dietary restrictions due to pregnancy, and they were awesome at accommodating easily!

OMG! What a gastronomic delight! Everything in the prefixe menu was excellent and beautifully presented. We also received the cutest mini brioche with two types of butter in shape of puzzle pieces. So good! Wagyu beef was so tastefully done! They even gave us a parting gift which was a tube if Valrhona chocolate either hazelnuts. Serve was excellent! Definitely going back!

Located in Paia, Maui, we invite you to dine in our intimate, all Chef's Table dining room. Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-8 courses and range from $230-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. We will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $200 per guest, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow at least 2.5 hours for dinner. Allergies or dietary restrictions must be made known to the restaurant when reservation is made. Always a wonderful dining experience at Honu. Food quality and presentation are outstanding and our server, Gerry, made great recommendations. Gerry and the kitchen staff also created a relaxed flow of courses - which allowed us to fully enjoy our evening. Mahalo Honu!

We have 3 Omakase seatings daily... 2:00 pm, 5:00 pm or 7:30 pm. Any allergies will need to be noted prior to the reservation date, so a special menu can be prepared. (We cannot accommodate the guest with all shellfish allergy, vegetarian, Kosher, gluten intolerance, or if you do not like uni)

Owner was really friendly and funny guy. Large portions and great quality. Get there early if you wanna get a good seat. Owner does a little stand up during the experience. Overall would come back again

A dining experience to remember. If you are looking for more than just a meal this restaurant and are in for a culinary memory - then La Mer is worth all the hype. The service was absolutely top notch and we loved our time there.
