Great food starts with fresh, local ingredients. Our kitchen prepares everything from scratch, and our signature raw bar is stocked with fresh oysters and seasonal seafood. STIR is famous for craft cocktails. We freeze and carve 300-pound blocks of artisanal ice in-house, age certain cocktails in oak barrels for richer flavors, and place others on draft for crispness and carbonation. The result: categorically elevated cocktails. Our passion for fine spirits also compels us to find and share rare bottles, many of which are extremely difficult to procure. Excellent food, Excellent cocktails! Check out the specials before deciding on a menu item. I recommend the Elderflower/ginger cocktail. Service is attentive and friendly. Food comes out fast. My only caution is that it's a very big open space that can get loud, if you're trying to focus on your table's conversation.

It was a great date night out! I had only been to the one in Colorado before, and this one was great as well! Service was incredibly friendly! They made us a whole dip that we later found out had gluten, and they made us a whole new dip free of charge and insisted they take care of it. Great tasting food, great atmosphere, and a great experience.
